NFL pro Tim Tebow popped in for Dude Perfect’s latest tour and made one of Dude Perfect’s interns cry.

Jackson Halto, an intern for Dude Perfect, a viral YouTube Channel that went on tour this year in competition style tournaments, shared a video of himself with Tebow’s arm around him as the group sang on stage after their tour games.

“My favorite moment on tour, getting to openly worship the Lord with someone I’ve always looked up to, for putting Christ at the forefront of his life. Thanks for being there for me @timtebow,” he wrote in the post.

Tebow commented, “Proud of you buddy! Love your heart for Jesus.”

One mom was quick to point out that Haltom is impacting young men, like Tebow has.

“My kiddo is 13, has autism and has always loved the Dudes but has quickly developed a Fandom for ‘intern Jackson,’” she commented. “We got to attend the FT Worth show and he has watched every reel from every show and he has been moved watching you, someone closer to his age, worshipping whole heartedly.”

The Dude Perfect Squad Games Tour wrapped up its final show on Aug. 2. During the tour, Cory Asbury appeared to lead worship, as did Brandon Lake and other stars, like Tebow, made appearances, including Mark Rober and the Savannah Bananas.

With 22 stops, the tour attracted over 180,000 people in all. 364247’s Tanish Arora reported that Dude Perfect’s fan-base is growing, and the organization may need to change as its five founding members are getting older.

Chief Content Officer Kevin Sabbe also stated the for Dude Perfect to enter its next phase, it cannot be built around the top five founders.

Last December, Dude Perfect launched Dude Perfect Outdoors with newcomers Jared and Josh Pettitte.

Recently appointed CEO Andrew Yaffe said the brothers are “very much part of the Dude Perfect family. It provides us more bandwidth and more scale. So I think you’ll see us continue to develop new talent.”

The organization is also working on developing new formats and IP and possible TV shows.

“Our overarching metric is watch time…It is part of our programming strategy that premium, longer, more TV-like content is what the audience is demanding right now, and we are happy to oblige,” he explained.

Dude Perfect has only released three videos in the last month. The most recent video is an “all sports golf battle” between famous members of different sports.
