THE FINAL WITNESS: A Jack Garrison Novel
Exciting, Captivating, Uplifting, and Evangelistic
What You Need To Know
THE FINAL WITNESS is a refreshingly exciting, captivating novel based on an apocalyptic Christian vision of what would happen if the last days came now. Even for those of us with different eschatological scenarios, THE FINAL WITNESS is convicting, uplifting and very evangelistic.
The book starts with a major earthquake and a massive tsunami that is God’s judgment against California. Jack Garrison, who’s moved out of a successful career into a prophetic Christian witness, is calling pastors to repent at a Friends of Israel Prophetic Conference when the earthquake hits.
With a small band of survivors, who escape on horseback to higher ground, Jack connects with Israeli special forces to take him and a few others who are important to the Israeli government back to Israel, where Jack lives with his wife, Betty, an Israeli special forces officer.
In Israel, they’re confronted with international geopolitical events where the world is turned against Israel and has to stand alone. Moreover, everyone, including many Jews, has turned against Christians, especially messianic Christians.
THE FINAL WITNESS is the fifth installment of THE ELIJAH CHRONICLES. Bodie Thoene, who wrote scripts for John Wayne after 1963, brings a powerful dramatic sensibility to the novel. Ray and Vicki Bentley add their detailed biblical perspective. The characters are so well drawn that the story holds your attention with the constant jeopardy the characters face. Embedded in the story is the story of a Jewish leader who comes to Christ. With a focus on Jesus and the Good News, THE FINAL WITNESS is highly recommended and isn’t spoiled by its own possible eschatological limitations.
