Actor Jim Caviezel is partnering with The Innocent to help protect children across America from sex predators.
“Evil preys on the innocent, and it takes courageous men and women to stop it,” he said in a recent Instagram video. “…there’s nothing more important than protecting our little ones. That’s why I’m teaming up with an organization called The Innocent to combat these crimes against our children. It’s time we focus on our children, literally living in our communities right here in the United States, and we can’t wait any longer.”
Nate Lewis, The Innocent’s founder and CEO added, “The Innocent team is built of active-duty law enforcement, who have years of experience and training, and credentials in the battle against child sex crimes.”

“If we can come together as the people of the United States, we can bridge the gap between the people and the communities and law enforcement, and equip them and give them the resources they need to make your community a safer place for your children to grow up in,” he continued. “The Innocent is committed to fight these battles 100% right here in the United States. Every single dollar funded by the people stay here, within our border, and we’re going to protect our children. It’s time, because your children are at risk. Help us and our law enforcement get to the predators before they get to your children.”
On The Innocent’s website, the organization describes itself as “mission driven,” sharing, “Everything we do is centered on protecting and preserving the innocence of children in the United States. We pursue this mission with a relentless commitment, driven by passion to protect children, bring justice, and unite communities and law enforcement agencies so children can grow, thrive, and live free from sexual abuse.”
Caviezel has been an outspoken advocate for protecting children from sex trafficking and other abuse, particularly after his starring role in SOUND OF FREEDOM.
“This is the best film I’ve done since the PASSION OF THE CHRIST,” he told CNA. “This film is phenomenal and it is worth being seen.”
Caviezel continued, “The most vulnerable are under attack for one reason — children are the most innocent of humans….I’m here because this warrior saint, Tim Ballard [the movie’s real-life inspiration], gave his life and continues to do it to go down to the cartel, risking his head like John the Baptist did. Risking his head like St. Paul did.”
Caviezel’s support of The Innocent will uplift the organization as they continue their work to save abused children across America.
